新机动车环检通告即日起公开征求市民意见

昨日，长江日报记者从市环保局获悉，2014年5月26日开始执行的《关于对本市机动车实行环保定期检验的通告》已执行两年，于今日到期。新通告或将取消旧版中用特殊方法对的士尾气排放进行检测的老规定。

日前，市环保局会同市质监局、市公安局交通管理局草拟了《关于继续对在用机动车实行环保定期检验的通告》，即日起到6月3日，将公开征求企业和广大市民意见和建议，所有市民可登录市环保局官网进行意见反馈。

在这份草拟文件中，长江日报记者发现，与旧版通告相比，有两处明显变化。草拟文件中显示，由于国家标准中并未对的士的检测方法有特殊规定，因此将取消原有用双怠速法检验的士尾气排放的老规定。这意味着，一旦新通告启用，的士的相关环检将等同于其他普通小型轿车。

新规中还规定，因相关检测能力提升，我市可对总质量小于等于14吨的柴油车全面推行工况法尾气排放检测。此前，由于检测能力有限，我市只能对部分柴油车尾气进行相关检测。

据悉，草拟文件中的通告实施对象依然是指在本市注册登记、外地转入本市及委托本市核发环保检验合格标志的机动车。在新规正式****前，仍按旧版规定执行机动车环保检验标准。（记者蔡欣星）
