男子贪便宜顺走后视镜谁料监控拍下全过程

来自渝北警方的消息，“喂，你好，110吗？我家三轮车的后视镜又被人拿走了，我已经通过监视器看到那个人了，希望民警能到达现场帮忙协调。”2016年5月9日，接到报警后，渝北区公安分局新牌坊派出所民警立即赶到现场。

从报警人孙某处了解得知，孙某自己卖夜宵的三轮车后视镜多次被人悄悄拿走，因苦于一直找不到证据证明是谁拿走的，便狠心花了1400元钱安装了一套视频监控设备。

5月9日早上，孙某发现自家的三轮车后视镜又一次被人拿走了，这都已经是第四次了，深感气愤的孙某立马回家调取了监控，发现是隔壁单元的一名男子顺手将孙某三轮车上的后视镜取下后安装到自己的三轮车上了，于是孙某立马报了警。民警查看了监控后，跟孙某来到了拿后视镜的余某家，由于余某当时未在家，其妻了解情况后，到孙某家来查看监控视频后，承认视频中拿走后视镜的男子确实是自家丈夫余某。

余某回家后找到孙某家，承认了是因为自己的三轮车后视镜被偷了，心里不平衡，才顺手拿走了孙某家的后视镜，安装到了自己的三轮车上，其向孙某道了歉，并归还了后视镜。孙某表示：“这个后视镜确实值不了多少钱，但是接二连三的被拿走，自己却没有证据，无能为力，实在憋屈，我也不是要别人赔钱或者怎样，只是希望这类事情不要再发生了，大家都是邻居，没必要找些麻烦，伤了和气。”

新牌坊派出所民警也对余某进行了法制教育，并告诫其不要因为贪小便宜而酿成****烦。

渝北警方提醒市民，切不可随意动歪念，因小失大不划算。
