5人利用网络开赌场接受“******”********

广州日报韶关讯（记者卜瑜通讯员汪次安、黄苏静）记者昨日从韶关市新丰县法院获悉，该院公开开庭审理了被告人黄某、朱某等5人利用网络******站开设赌场，接受“******”********一案。该案是当地近年侦破的最大网络赌博案之一，涉案金额达2600多万元。

据公诉机关指控，2014年至2015年间，被告人黄某以“庄家”、“总代理”的身份在家中利用互联网组织************博活动，并发展被告人朱某、李某为下级代理和会员，按其代理的“******”赌博****总金额的千分之一支付“提成”。

被告人朱某、李某又发展被告人陈某、朱某垂等人为下级会员。他们通过开通会员账号收取彩民**********，每期按照不同种类以****额按一定比例获取回扣，再通过银行账号与黄某进行结算，一年间赌资累计高达2600多万元。

公诉机关指控认为，被告人黄某、朱某、李某、陈某、朱某垂无视国家法律，以营利为目的，开设赌场，其行为触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》第303条之规定，均已构成开设赌场罪。5名被告人当庭表示自愿认罪，并希望从轻处罚。

当日该案没有宣判，但审判长表示，该案涉及的“******”网络赌博规模大、参赌人员多、赌资金额高，影响较为恶劣，严重扰乱了社会秩序，法庭将依法从严从快进行处理。
